The new cooperation strategy will set the priorities for the migration dialogue among the partner countries for the years 2012-2014. It is based on the outcomes of the 2009-2011 cooperation programme adopted at the Paris Ministeral Conference in 2008 as well as the conclusions of several Expert’s Meetings which were organised between July 2010 and May 2011 and covered the following topics: vulnerable groups, social rights of migrants and their portability under a transnational framework, civil registry and document fraud.
