Meeting of Experts on the Social Rights of Migrants and their Portability under a Transnational Framework

This meeting will focus on the portability of working migrants’ social rights, under a transnational framework, and within the perspective of a better mobility. This meeting will also serve to analyse the necessary conditions and to identify the key elements that promote such transnational systems of portability of acquired social rights. Existing regulatory frameworks in different African and European countries, as well as case studies will be presented and debated in order to enrich the discussions.
