On November 23, 2011, Senegal in Dakar hosted the Third Euro-African Ministerial Conference on Migration and Development aimed at consolidating the Rabat Process, consolidating the achievements in the implementation of the three-year cooperation program adopted in Paris, and adopting a new strategy for the years 2012-2014.

This meeting, which took place under the co-presidency of Senegal and France, was organised by the Support Project to the Rabat Process, which is implemented by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) and the International and Ibero-American Foundation for Public Administration and Public Policies (FIIAPP).
